RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Our Beauty Lifestyle, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Worn or washed items
- Items with stains, odors, or signs of use
- Final sale or clearance items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 14 days as long as the item is in stock.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. In those cases, we will cover the cost.
